Dr. Colin Galbraith
Dr. Galbraith is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who enjoys treating patients of all ages. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in materials engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and worked as an engineer for Ball Aerospace before returning to school to complete his dental and surgical training. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in 2011 and completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Denver Health Medical Center in 2015.
His certifications include: American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, BLS, ACLS, PALS, deep sedation, and general anesthesia.
After completing his surgical residency, Dr. Galbraith worked for six years at a large practice in Baltimore, Maryland, where he gained extensive dental implant and IV sedation experience. Longing to be near the mountains again, in 2021 Dr. Galbraith and his family moved back to Colorado to establish Roaring Fork Oral Surgery and Dental Implants (formerly Glenwood Oral Surgery). He covers facial trauma call at Valley View Hospital and has operating room privileges for cases that need to be performed in the OR.
Combining his love of traveling with a desire to help those in need, Dr. Galbraith has traveled to Haiti, Costa Rica, and Panama for dental and medical outreach trips. When not at the office, you might see Dr. Galbraith on the ski lift, at a concert, or at one of the many restaurants here in the valley. Dr. Galbraith is a proud sponsor of local events, charities, sports teams, and school groups because he recognizes that his patients are the people who make up our great community.
